Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010 and the first six months of 2010 (see attached tables). Total revenue for the second quarter of 2010 was $108.2 million, an increase of 3.7% from the second quarter of 2009. Consulting fee revenue for the second quarter of 2010 was $91.6 million, unchanged from the second quarter of 2009. In the second quarter of 2010, Hill's consulting fee revenue was composed of a 3.4% organic decline offset by 3.4% growth from acquisitions.

Total revenue for the first quarter of 2010 was $104.5 million, an increase of 0.5% from the first quarter of 2009. Consulting fee revenue for the first quarter of 2010 was $91.9 million, a decrease of 0.2% from the first quarter of 2009. The decrease in Hill's consulting fee revenue for the quarter was due to a 3.5% organic decline offset by 3.3% growth from acquisitions.

Total revenue for the third quarter of 2009 grew to $103.2 million, an increase of 5.2% from the third quarter of 2008. Consulting fee revenue for the third quarter of 2009 declined slightly to $86.7 million, a decrease of 0.7% from the third quarter of 2008. That percentage growth was comprised of an organic 1.5% decrease in consulting fees offset by 0.8% growth from acquisitions.

Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009 and for the first six months of 2009 (see attached tables). Total revenue for the second quarter of 2009 grew to $104.3 million, an increase of 7.7% from the second quarter of 2008. Consulting fee revenue for the second quarter of 2009 grew to $91.5 million, an increase of 11.9% from the second quarter of 2008. That percentage growth was comprised of 9.3% organic growth and 2.6% growth from acquisitions.
