HILL INTERNATIONAL ADDS THREE NEW SENIOR VICE PRESIDENTS
MARLTON, N.J., Jan 11, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that three senior executives have recently joined the firm as Senior Vice Presidents.

William A. Cook, P.E. has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President with Hill's Construction Claims Group and will be based out of the company's Los Angeles, California office. Cook has nearly 35 years of project management and construction claims experience. Prior to joining Hill, Cook had spent his entire career with URS Corp. and its predecessor company, O'Brien Kreitzberg & Associates, most recently as Senior Vice President. He is a former member of the national Board of Directors of the Construction Management Association of America and a former President of its Southern California Chapter. Cook earned his B.S. in civil engineering from Rutgers University and he is a registered professional engineer in California.

Thomas J. Driscoll has rejoined the company as a Senior Vice President with Hill's Construction Claims Group and will be based out of the company's Denver, Colorado office. Driscoll has over 45 years of program, project, construction management and claims experience, specializing in large-scale construction projects. He has also served as an expert witness in the areas of construction management, construction claims and scheduling and delay analysis. Prior to joining Hill, Driscoll was a Senior Vice President with URS Corp. for nearly 20 years and prior to that he was a Senior Vice President with Hill for more than ten years. He is a Fellow and a former President of the Construction Management Association of America. He received his B.S. in civil engineering from Widener University.

Mario Maciel, CCM, PMP, LEED AP has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Northern California Regional Manager with Hill's Project Management Group operating out of the company's San Ramon, California office. Maciel has over 30 years of experience in planning, project management, business development, and oversight. Prior to joining Hill, he spent six years with Harris & Associates, Inc., most recently as Vice President and Northern Region Manager. Maciel received his M.B.A in finance and management and his B.A. in business management from Saint Mary's College and his B.A. in philosophy from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a Certified Construction Manager, a Project Management Professional and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.
