Training for all current forms of contract can be provided, along with support staff if needed. The Non-Contentious team provides a wide range of services that support client aims and aspirations, avoiding disputes where possible, or placing the client in the best position should such a situation occur.
The team also provides support during the build phase, or afterwards to help manage a project through changes and any difficulties that may be encountered. Knowles also draft framework agreements and provide procurement advice to public bodies, local authorities and corporate clients.
