We can provide total project coverage whether it be building works, civil engineering projects, M&E installations, design management or facilities management. In the majority of cases management is provided through a single point of contact with the client, which inevitably releases a client's in-house resources to deal with other matters.

Our Project Monitoring services aim to help clients throughout the construction process, monitoring the performance of the supply chain against the time, cost, quality and safety standards set out in the project brief. We assemble a team to match the nature, size and complexity of any project to which we are appointed, managed by a team leader who is the point of contact with the supply chain.
