Knowles is highly experienced in engineering and construction arbitrations, and provides complete arbitration services. We have the ability to conduct arbitration proceedings under a variety of local or international rules. When appropriate, we work in conjunction with local attorneys.
We represent our clients in the following processes:
• Complete organization and management of arbitration proceedings, acting as the client's representative, from the initial notice to presentation of the case. Often, many issues are handled by our staff who are qualified in both the law and construction professions.
• Provision of expert witness services, reports, and evidence on all construction matters, including critical path analysis, planning, investigation of defective work, assessment of delay extensions, and claims valuation for both litigation and arbitration.
